I am passionate about helping others. In doing so, I decided to become a psychotherapist because I believe it is through genuine, honest and authentic relationships that we become aware of ourselves in the world, heal from our past, cope with our present, and foster a healthy future.
Life presents us with many challenges and obstacles often leading to anxiety, depression, panic and loss of self. You should not have to battle and work through these feelings alone. With the combination of psychotherapy, interpersonal, cognitive and body therapy, we will work through your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors to alleviate your symptoms that are causing suffering.
Through a safe containment and non-judgemental setting you will be able to open up and become aware and mindful of your internal thoughts and gain insight to how you can begin to heal the emotional pains you may be suffering.
